The LIFE FIT Alpha LF-1910 Seated Row Machine is a commercial selectorized strength machine designed for seated rowing movements and back training. Built for fitness clubs, commercial gyms, hotels, corporate gyms, training studios, schools, and equipment dealers, it gives users a dedicated station for controlled pulling exercises without requiring loose plates or separate cable attachments.
This seated row machine is built around a 100 kg steel weight stack, allowing users to adjust resistance quickly using the visible selector pin.
