The texture did feel a lil off like it would come off, but it’s actually really sturdy(and heavy). I bought this for skipping and it minimizes the sound to some extent. Will update after heavy usage.
I ordered a second one because one isn’t big enough for skipping. It had a minor dent when it arrived. Works great on concrete, did some jumping jacks and didn’t feel any slipping.
