Shipping Policy

We ensure timely delivery of the goods. So once you have placed an order, rest assured as we will look after everything. Also, timely delivery of the order is our utmost priority however, actual delivery depends upon the availability of the goods, your shipping address, etc. We have collaborated with top Couriers to ensure that you receive your order on time. Returns

We accept returns only for defective products under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Product Condition:
    • Returns will only be accepted for new products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with photographs and details of the defect. Upon verification by our team, a return will be approved.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Changed Your Mind: If you'd like to exchange an item, ensure that it is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  2. Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, please let us know, and we will exchange it promptly.
  3. Damaged Item or Missing Parts: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged or with missing parts. We will arrange a replacement or supply the missing parts as needed.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
  • Products can only be exchanged once, and no cash refunds are permitted.
  • Replacement or exchange depends on the stock availability of the product. If unavailable, another product of the same value will be offered.

Return/Exchange Method

Customers may return or exchange items:

  • By mail: Pack the items securely and send them via mail. The cost of the return label is the customer's responsibility.
  • In-store: Visit our store to return or exchange the item.

Packaging Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return/exchange process, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Pack the goods properly to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Ensure the product has not been used, altered, or tampered with.
  3. Keep the original price tag and packaging intact.

Processing Time

Once we receive the goods, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return or exchange request to be processed. You will be contacted once the process is complete.

What is the expected delivery time for my order?

Delivery times may vary based on your location. For Delhi, expect delivery within 2 to 5 working days for prepaid orders. For locations outside Delhi, it may take 5 to 10 working days.

What should I do if I receive damaged or wrong goods?

In case of manufacturing defects, damages during delivery, wrong goods delivered, or incorrect quantity, you can request a replacement. Send photographs of the damaged goods to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement will be initiated after verification by the Life Fit India team.

Can I exchange an item more than once?

No, each item can only be exchanged once. We do not offer cash refunds, and replacements will be processed only upon receiving the goods.

How long does it take for a replacement to be processed?

Please allow one to three weeks from the day we receive the goods for your replacement request to be processed. You'll be contacted once the replacement is complete.

Are there any conditions for replacement?

Yes, replacement can be refused if damages are caused by customer negligence, improper usage, wear and tear, or misuse of the goods.

Can I return sale items?

No, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale goods.

If replacement is not possible due to non-availability of stock, other goods of the same value will be delivered to you or refund will be initiated.
