Cardiovascular Equipment Warranty
PLEASE READ THESE WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR LIFE FIT PRODUCT. BY USING THE EQUIPMENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT TO ANANTA FITNESS EQUIPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. PLEASE REFER TO OUR RETURN POLICY FOR DETAILS AND/OR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
Ananta Fitness Equipment Private Limited (“LIFE FIT”) warrants all new LIFE FIT products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty periods stated below. The warranty periods begin on the invoice date of the original purchase. This warranty covers defects discovered within the warranty period and applies only to the original purchaser. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only. To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify LIFE FIT or an authorized LIFE FIT distributor within 48 hours of discovering any defect and make the product available for inspection. LIFE FIT’s obligations under this warranty are limited as described below.

Limited Extended Warranty and Coverage
If the original purchaser has purchased an extended warranty for cardiovascular products, the extended warranty will apply only to mechanical, electrical parts, and product labor. This extended warranty will commence on the invoice date of the original purchase and will replace, not add to, the standard warranty. The extended warranty for LIFE FIT cardio equipment is subject to use-based limits and will not extend beyond 5,000 hours of use. All other conditions and restrictions described herein apply.
Conditions and Restrictions
This warranty is valid only under the following conditions:
- The product has been serviced by an authorized LIFE FIT service provider.
- It remains with the original purchaser and proof of purchase is provided.
- The product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-LIFE FIT modifications.
- Claims are made within the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper electrical wiring, lack of maintenance, or issues with internet connectivity. LIFE FIT is not responsible for compatibility with future media or broadcast standards.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Software updates
- Cosmetic damage
- Consumable goods
- Defaced or damaged surfaces from improper use or accidents
- Service calls for user instruction or installation corrections
Disclaimer and Release
The limited warranties provided herein are exclusive and replace any other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which are limited to the duration of the warranties provided. LIFE FIT disclaims all other obligations and liabilities regarding any nonconformance or defect in the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Exclusive Remedies
For products failing to meet the warranty, LIFE FIT will provide, at its discretion, repair, replacement, or refund. Warranty service can be obtained by contacting the LIFE FIT distributor or authorized service provider from whom the product was purchased.
Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages
LIFE FIT will not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, even if such damages result from a failure of the essential purpose of the warranty.
